Joesph are sales person from Mor furniture was friendly,courteous, and very patient He did not follow us all around the store like most sales people he was always close by to answer our questions on merchandise or pricing and extremely helpful. My daughter and I went in looking for furniture, We were greeted with a smile and ultimately encountered Mr. Benjamin Sanchez. He was polite, courteous and professional. The sales person Barbara was great. I told her what I was looking for and she took me to several choices. Barbara was very insightful on exactly the kind of taste that I have in furniture. I would recommend this store for the great service that I received from her alone.
The most disappointing buy I have ever made. We were very explicit about what we wanted and were told no problem we deliver sofas to rvs all the time. When the sofa arrived the delivery person let us know he was a third party and would be happy to drop the sofa on the gravel but would not put it in the rv. Then he proceeds to tell us they should never have sold the 800 dollar sofa to us anyway because it wouldn’t fit thru the door anyway. Wonderful and very pleasant experience. My salesperson was Leonor Beltran and it was a pleasure to work with her. She was very knowledgeable about every piece of furniture in the building and I even left with a new fruit smoothie recipe. From now on all of my purchases will be at this establishment.
