Purchased a bed frame and mattress, was happy about not having to wait 6 months but I did purchase the floor model of the bed frame. It was delivered timely and the independent contractors that delivered the bed were quick and friendly. However, they did not deliver the $40 mattress cover that the salesman said 'was included'. I have tried contacting them, apparently you can not call the store directly....over an hour on hold for them to tell me they would 'look into it'. They have cheap quality product, product won't even last 1 year. They won't honor the warranty and after that they will stop responding to your emails. They picked love seat from my home (I paid for the delivery) to fix it, now they are denying to fix it and even not responding to my emails. It is waste of money and time to buy any furniture from Mor.
I would like to thanks our sales person Monique she was professional help me out a lot she was courteous and listen to what I wanted I felt no pressure . Thanks again Monique I would do business with you again you are a good employee!
Don't ever purchase from Mor furniture. All they care about is making money. Never ever will I buy from Mor furniture again... Bought our couches and they tore within the first year. I also bought furniture protection and the lady said they would come out to my house and fix them as long as I didn't do something like stab them or anything like that. I had looked on line for weeks and couldn’t decide. Walked into Mor furniture told the salesman what I was looking for and he pointed one out to me. I bought it on the spot.
I am so glad we went to Mor Furniture at this location. Mr. Jeff Dunn gave us the best customer service and was so knowledgeable to help us make up our mind about the quality and piece of furniture that will work perfectly for our home. It was a great experience.
