Just got the run-around and lied to buy the very salesperson (female) I purchased my furniture from at MOR Furniture in Lacey, WA. Apparently, she, after all the years she has worked there, does not understand the warranty replacement policy. A few thousand dollars worth of bad reviews might prod her to look up the information. To make it short and sweet here---NEVER purchase from MOR Furniture.
Horrible customer service. In store salesman was rude but we still wanted to order our couch so we went online to order. Over a month later and after we have already been charged on our credit card we still don't have our couch. We finally got a delivery date an took time off work to be here for their four hour delivery window. Now we get a phone call saying they can't deliver today and don't know for sure when they can deliver.
