Do not buy from Mor Furniture. I purchased a Serta mattress about 6 years ago. It has a 25 year warranty on it and it is beginning to sag. I have a spring that presses into my hip every night. I contacted Serta and they directed me to Mor Furniture for warranty problems. After filing a complaint, they send this 3rd party group called Integrated Bedding Group to your home to look at the mattress. Bad customer service I ordered a bunk and table. Waited for months never came the canceled our order and said there wasn’t I. Stock.. so I went in and paid for it again got a bunk not in the color I wanted and paid for my table again which they said would come in a month the end of may.. well may came and went no one even bothered to call I called and they said it was back ordered to Aug. so this Saturday I walked in to make sure everything was okay and they was like nope your table is never coming!! Don't buy anything from them. We had our table delivered at the end of May and it was scratched, chairs are wobbly and have big chunks of wood taken out the middle of the table. Our bench we ordered hasn't come yet after 3 months. We are supposed to get a replacement table and now has been pushed back until August. You can't get a hold of anyone at corporate and the store itself is of no help. When you spend money on something brand new you would like it to be brand new. We purchased over 8,000 in furniture form the murrieta location and went to us the protection warranty and was denied. The coffee table was peeling and was told that was not covered. Please stay away form this company. They sell crappy stuff. Will never recommend them.
This company is too Big to care about quality customer service, quality delivery & quality products. They just care about making the deal!!! There is no way to get past customer service or the staff at the different locations to corporate - there are all kinds of walls & barriers to block speaking to anyone with authority & power to correct a situation stat! No means of speaking to Rick Haux, he's too busy to deal with customer issues. Persons that answer the phone are rude in tone and manner!!!
Nabeg, the Salesman was good, but the Mgr. Tamara KelsawSUCKS. We had a delivery issue and she promised to call me of what was done to resolve the issue, but NEVER CALLED. STILL UNRESOLVED. Mattress and base delivered on 2/15/19 but NO REMOTE. Remote has to be programmed with he bed and told them, nobody will be home to let the tech in on 2/16th but still showed on the 16th.
