After about 4.5 years of being with them for monthly general residential cleaning, they are no longer available to contact, and they changed their address from being on Lake St. to a P.O. Box at the post office. I have had mostly great experiences in the past, but they don’t appear to be in business anymore, and did not notify me of this. I even confirmed my last appointment with both email and text, and they didn’t show up. No explanation given and can no longer get in contact with them. I am a long-term customer of Mopolgy. Every time I change apartments, I take them with me so they have Been used by me in three different apartments always a five star.
After kristine toured our empty, new home (to us) for a deep cleaning and gave us a pricey quote we felt pretty good about a thorough job being done and decided to go with her. She told us it would be one full day to complete the job. Things seem to have started well but we find out later in the day that there were some issues with the first cleaning gal completing the home, she left early, and another would be coming the next day to finish the job. Hired them to clean an empty house, 8 hours later and nothing was clean! The owner Kristine is downright nasty. Sent rude text messages and got defensive when called out about their lack of.. actually doing anything. Definitely do not recommend.
