I got layered haircut with Ego and was meticulously showing what I like for the side bangs and hair piece for when I tie a ponytail. I really liked the outcome! He achieved the style and length that I wanted. Called for an appointment and thankfully they have a slot the same day. When I came in, they confirmed my appointment, offered drink and locker for my bag. They washed my hair and also gave me good amount of head massage with it. Ego understood what I wanted. I went to Mophead Salon for a haircut, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The atmosphere felt uncomfortable and was not nearly as clean as advertised on their website and Google. When I was asked to sit, there was hair left on the seat, which looked sloppy and careless. During the shampoo, the lady who washed my hair got foam in my right eye, which stung badly.
