Yesterday was my second visit, getting color+cut. I was assigned a seat near the staff area at the rear. Chairs and equipment are so tightly spaced and with people constantly moving around I found it hard to relax and stay at ease. In hindsight I should have requested changing seat for my haircut. I hope the admin can find a way to address the issue to improve comfort for both customers and staff, especially given its price point.

I went in for a wash and blow as someone with wavy/curly hair. the guy washing my hair was so rough and fully tugging on my hair. after the wash, he started to brush my hair but another employee said “she’s not getting a haircut” and they proceeded to use their fingers to brush my entire head (after it got all tangled in the wash too) and blow dry. they used their fingers as a comb and it was the most painful thing i’ve experienced at a salon. the girl i think anna straightened it really well but i am baffled at how they tho... read more
