Awesome service, friendly, helpful
The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable. Very courteous and personable. They definitely picked the right hire for that position.
Very disappointed with my experience. First they took several weeks to even look at my scooter even after I had to remind them a couple times then they just kept trying to get me to buy a new scooter. My scooter has low mileage and is only a few years old and in great shape. They claimed they couldn’t figure out what is wrong and ended up charging me 300 dollars for nothing. I don’t think they know how to work on anything and are only interested in selling new products. Buyer Beware!
