Confirm on the website that the part would fit my van but it does not and is cheap quality. Asked for a refund with a return and they won’t reply to my emails anymore.
Don't pay for expedited shipping. I paid for expedited shipping and the shipping date showed 3 days from the time I placed my order. 3 days later I received an email that my order shipped. The expected arrival date was 4 days later. I would have paid for standard shipping and not over pay for my order. I submitted a help request for this and have anything back. Poor customer service as well. I cannot recommend Mopar Wholesale Parts.

$11.92 EACH for PLASTIC tail lite retaining nuts! I needed 8. A new car salesman asked me on the way out how serious I was about the new Lime green Charger I was inquiring about to purchase, and would I like a test drive? I told him that the trip to the parts counter totally changed my mind!!! I then went to Home Depot and bought similar and suitable plastic nuts for less than $6.00 for all 8 of them! Including tax!
I ordered several parts for my jeep almost a month ago, the parts seem to have gotten lost, it has been almost an entire month, no one answers the phone and emails are very slow to be answered, still waiting for my refund
