I don’t understand why they even have appointments when they don’t come anywhere close to honoring them. And when you check in, they try to convince you it’s a good idea to come another day.
The CSR was great, I believe his name was jim, but I was followed up with by a man named mike. I had my grand Cherokee in for a recall. They did it rather quickly. But the technician had absolutely tore my vehicle apart. My center console was emptied out and everything was thrown about my Jeep, they didn’t even finish putting my vehicle back together as my center console area was still half apart. Absolute pleasure working with Grayson Grouge and Oscar Hernandez at Safford of Warrenton. Was able to get into an awesome fully loaded Ram Rebel and was very smooth and friendly experience!
Theresa and Michale were helping us with a new Jeep Cherokee purchase. They were amazing and extremely professional. They answered all questions that we had and walked us through the process smoothly. We were nervous about the negotiation; however, guess what - evrythign turned out wonderful.
