If I could give a zero or a negative 10, I would! We drove all the way from Bozeman, drove 8-hrs, all day, hitting traffic, road construction, detours, and rain, to come pick up a part. Spoke to Lucas about 3x and he was basically useless and unhelpful, sounded like we were bothering him. We got to SLC and called him to say we were almost there. He said he’ll wait until 3:05. We get there at 3:02 and they were closed. WOW. Bravo for customer service.
Cole in parts is awesome he pulled up the driveline diagram and part number in seconds
Lucas Brown in Dodge parts is AMAZING!!! Always helpful, friendly, and looked up a lot of things for me! I was helping my cousin fix his van, and parts we needed were in stock every time! When we need more parts, I hope Lucas is still happily working there!
