One of the worst place to buy your parts read the fine print I bought a part that I didn’t need by mistake called to return the part the lady that answered the phone changed me for the return label and a restocked fee which is crazy I will never shop here again
Received the part ordered, but forced to pay a hefty core charge and even though I promptly returned the core they refused to refund the core charge. Do yourself a favor and if you’re going to order from them pay with PayPal so you can open a dispute when they try to screw you over.
It's rare to find such a lousy company. Customer service is TERRIBLE. They will not communicate, respond to emails or tickets and have cancelled orders with no explanation after 2 weeks. No online tracking.
I ordered a passenger side taillight for my Dodge Durango, when I received my package the taillight was broken. It didn’t get broken during shipping because there were no pieces in the box, they sent it to me already broken. I called them and they sent me a shipping label to send it back. I sent it back and I did get a refund, my refund was less than what I had actually paid. They charged me for a restocking fee and they charged me for a shipping label fee. That is just ridiculous!! Absolutely horrible customer service. There is no Number to call them, no one will return your messages, no one will call you back, you can track them down through other phone numbers and still no call. Do not order from them they’re horrible
