BEWARE! They showed they had the part, My truck is broke down at the dealer, so I expedited the order. They took my 804$ then sent an email saying is is out of stock. The dealer wants the loaner back, the part is showing ready to ship. I am now on my third attempt to get them to respond, nothing. Garbage company. I have been a Ram fan for years. This experience is making me take a second look at Dodge and customer care.
Wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. I have been trying to contact the company through email, chat, and phone for 2 weeks with no success. No one answers or responds. Received the wrong part, and no way to even return it to them!!!! Need my correct part.
Sent part back to be returned. Never saw my refund and can’t get ahold of anyone. Trash company.
