John is a very nice guy, who puts great effort and time into his work! Definitely recommend.
John was extremely efficient and my carpets look great. There were a couple of spots he couldn't get completely cleaned, but I didn't expect him to due to the age of the carpet and the wear in those areas. He doesn't use a lot of water which I really like but he takes the time to make sure you are satisfied with his work. Very nice gentleman to work with. Everything about my experience with Mob Squad was quality from beginning to end. John was very knowledgeable and communicative about what would suit my carpets and my needs best, and he delivered just as I had hoped. He also worked with me on the timing which was important. Would definitely recommend!
