The service was slow and the young staff seemed to not have an organized procedure.The person who took the order and our cash then went to the grill without taking his gloves off or washing his hands. Another employee delivered food to a costumer with gloves on then picked up and moved a carpet on the floor and went back to the grill without removing dirty gloves or washing hands. The health department needs to explain Health codes to this store. The bathroom was filthy. I will not return.
I will preface this review by saying the food is good, aside from their buns, which are incredibly dry. I want to like this place more, but there are a few things that have culminated in my not returning there again: I've been several times, and each time the door leading to the patio seating is downright nasty -- the handles are unsettlingly sticky/greasy always.
