I did a DoorDash pickup order through this establishment. When I arrived, there were 6-7 other groups of people in the building that not a single one had received their food. After waiting 20 mins, one person had received their food, and all of the employees were standing around not making food. At this point, the majority of the people that had been waiting for over an hour were getting up and asking for refunds. They always have excellent customer service every time I come in, the double Bacon hamburgers are excellent, and I usually grab a large tea and a lemonade with my meal, because they are really great tasting!!!!! Also, if get Ms. Alexandra, she was attentive and jovial!!!
