Do not order delivery from their app or website. You will not get everything you ordered. I ordered fries and I took a screen shot of my confirmation. The given receipt left out the fries. I was told I have to come in the restaurant for a refund. Since the restaurant uses doordash, Doordash tells me to contact the restaurant. I'm very disappointed due to lack of ease in this situation.
This place has gone down hill! We used to go to moots all the time. Service was phenomenal, food was amazing service was outstanding. But the new manager that we dealt with today was so rude and inconsiderate. We asked for our son’s burger to not have mayo since he is allergic and he tried to gaslight me saying “I order it liked that”. Like come on why would I do it knowing my son has an allergy. The new oreo shake is delicious! It's a cute vibe and the burger was so good.
This is one of our favorite places to eat. Burgers are good, fries are good and shakes are good. They have an inviting environment that’s relaxed.
The best turkey burgers to eat, however, I cook them better at home.
