Very disappointed. If I could give zero stars I would. I don’t eat pork for religious reasons, so i modified my order and took all bacon off. My order still arrived with bacon on my burger n on my fries. My shake had no added strawberries in it. I call the store for a manager the phone just rings n rings no one answers n their voice mail isn’t set up. I’m at work and can’t go to the store at the moment so I have no lunch to eat and no way to correct Mooyahs error. This is unacceptable and horrible customer service.
Discovered this place on a whim and was quite pleased with the food. Fresh cut fries are fantastic, decent burger, and milkshake is real close to just a cup of ice cream. Service is adequate.
I had a very disappointing experience at Mooyah in Northborough, MA. I understand that places get busy, but that’s exactly when proper food safety procedures matter most — especially for customers with allergies or celiac disease. Their allergy protocol when they’re slammed is extremely concerning. There did not seem to be a reliable system in place to prevent cross-contamination. Just went with my husband and 4 children. The place was empty and silent. No music. It was dirty. The burgers were so dry. The French fries were cold and stale. The chips my son got were un edible. Paid an extra dollar for the cheese they forgot to put cheese on my son’s burger. They forgot the bacon and double patty on my burger. When I told the girl she said oh sorry.
