I've had a unit here for years and watched the property change hands a few times. It's frustrating each time it happens but this is the worst. The properties are great, honestly. Their website and app are very frustrating to use. I was sent a letter about insurance. Going to the website in the letter, I'm taken to Public Storage website. Hate to give bad ratings. Tried calling the office to resolve but alas there AI phone system only loops back to the beginning after following the prompts for very horrible experience. Secondly 3rd or 4th owner in last few years of this facility. Was required to sign new lease agreement. Both agreement and the two woman behind counter confirmed our rate was staying the same.
