Took my truck in and resolved nothing
Service department is a joke. Took my car in for a check engine light.
Excellent to deal with. Staff is very friendly. Been a customer for a couple years now. Service department was great and quick with my jeep. If you need your vehicle serviced this is the place.
Moosomin dodge was very helpful when I was looking for a truck. I gave them what I wanted and they were quick to get me the vehicle I want. Service department was great to deal with. Have no complaints.
Service department is a joke. Took my truck in for a check engine light that I had scanned with my code reader. When they got it they said there were no codes. I went to pick up the truck. And it had a check engine light still I showed the tech me scanning it and the code it produced. He told me he didn’t care what my scanner said. “There are no codes!” They treat people like they don’t know anything! Never ever take anything to Moosomin dodge!!
