I had a check engine light on my Jeep so I took it in. One thing led to another, but David was very helpful and I got my vehicle back earlier than I expected. It is running great again. The only thing that disappointed me was the fact that I needed to put two radiators in my Jeep in less then 5 years, and the warranty had run out so I paid Full price both times. This was not the service departments fault, but seems unusual for a radiator to need repair that often.
I recently purchased a fantastic pre-owned truck from Whitewood Dodge after our family van broke down. The service was exceptional from start to finish—they even drove 50 km to pick us up. A huge thank you to the entire Whitewood team for taking care of my wife while I was out of town. You all deserve five-star reviews!
The day I came to pick up my vehicle service department mentioned how my kids were just going to make it dirty and didn’t do a full clean but had the vehicle on Friday tell Monday wasn’t impressed
