I called Moose based off what I read on Google. He invited me to come on down so he could do a brake check. I honestly thought I needed new brakes. It ended up that I didn’t in fact need any at the moment. He schooled me a little on the type of brakes I had as well. I told him in person that as a woman I ABSOLUTELY APPRECIATED HIS HONESTY! Great price for brakes (rotors, pads, and sensors on front), but they were squeaking like crazy. Took it back and was told excessive brake dust caused the new pads to polish the rotors so smooth that they would squeal more than normal. They scuffed the new pads and rotors and squeak is still there, but a lot less so far. Concerned about quality of parts used, but supposedly the ceramic pads have a lifetime warranty, so will see if can deal with the squeak until the pads wear out for a new free set.

Moose's Brakes did an excellent job on mine and my daughter's car. Very quick too, explained about taking better care of my brakes and warranty information. Very pleased with their service.

My girlfriend needed her belt replaced quickly ahead of a trip. I came in and watched Moose work to get it done as cheap and quickly as possible. These are nice people, they do it well, and your business is in great hands when you stop by.
