Its annoying they used an IMPACT on my wifes oil drain plug. Now I cant change the oil with my free time. If you DIDNT use an impact this is still incredibly too far tightened. Its 30ft lbs of force, I know this is way too much. Also brought the car in 2 times for an AC repair, got charged about $250 and still dont have AC.
Needed a tire repair on my lunch break, and these guys were able to fix it right away. They even put my spare tire and jack equipment back in place, even though they weren’t the ones to remove it. Really appreciate their courtesy and professionalism.
I have an old project car (1996) that’s slowly being restored so not the prettiest in or out but they still respected it and did great work which hasn’t been the case with other shops. It’s running flawlessly again after a theft attempt broke multiple components. Will be returning in the future for any issues. Super communicative with part costs/ways to save where I could, and diagnostics as well.
