My favorite place in dekalb besides home. I have done personal training and PT with Denny for years. I couldn’t recommend any higher. Also Jack and Todd are great additions to the staff! It’s more than just a gym!
Excellent place to work on fitness for adults and youth. Lots of fun equipment--it's like a playground for kids of all ages. Active Olympic Weightlifting community, youth programming and adult classes. Denny Kolkebeck is also the best physical therapist around. He knows how to fix your athletic tweaks and will provide you with a plan to prevent them from happening again.
