Absolutely garbage stay, the room I booked had mold, was not cleaned, and had no swing bar lock. The pool was advertised as being open and when I went to check it out, there was no water. When I asked for a refund for the stay the manager was no help. Avoid staying here at all cost.
DO NOT STAY Checked in immediately noticed one of the locks was broken and when we told the front desk staff they said just let us know when u check out so we don’t charge u on damage deposit. Through out the night we noticed more and more. Bathroom was not cleaned and the soup and shampoo provided were covered with brown substance. Cordered electric heater on top of a wooden dresser. We booked two rooms here this weekend so we could go swimming and hang out as a family. Even when I booked in at the front desk, I inquired about where the swimming pool was and that we were looking forward to it. The receptionist told me how to get to it and that she gave us a room with a door out to the pool. Great right!? What she didn’t mention was the pool was empty!!! Absolute crap. Called ahead to see if there was a hot tub since pictures showed a well kept pool area. Checked things out when we got to the room. Has not been updated since 1980 something. Room has 3 different heating systems that all dont seem to work and its -33 out. There was sonething in the fridge that had been there so long it was not easily identified. whole place smells musty and like mold.
