Exceptional and easy experience from start to finish. The owner really listened to my vision and his team executed the project quickly with great quality. The crew was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We will be using them again for our upcoming projects and recommending them to all our friends and family.
Jason and his crew are amazingly efficient. It was like watching an outdoor assembly line while they replaced our roof! They came a day early because the weather was thankfully cooperative! Andrew and the Moosehead team did an outstanding job. Their communication and efficiency were top-tier, and the craftsmanship of the final product exceeded our expectations.
We had our cement patio installed on April 29, 2024, and after only two winters the surface is already bubbling, flaking, and cracking across large areas. This is extremely disappointing for a patio that is only 1.5 years old. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of customer service. We have called three separate times to ask someone to come out and look at the issue, and no one has come to look and we have to keep contacting.
