Dalton replaced my water heater at a very reasonable price and responded quickly!
Almost every fixture leaked at completion. The claw foot tub still leaks with no response from the company. Also left toilets unfinished!
Poor communication. Techs would get sent to the house with little to no information of what they needed to do. Ive been waiting on an estimate for about a week, so ive decided to go with someone else. Property damage was done (whether its admitted or not.) Would give 0 stars if i could. Dont expect to be a priority if you use them.
Ripped me off a year ago by charging me over $200.00 To replace 1 busted pex fitting under my house! I paid him but a fair price would have created an opportunity for future business. Customers remember who’s fair! I work in the public service industry too but I make sure I don’t gouge anyone .
