I just started using this pharmacy. I've been to my share of pharmacies, what I will say is, the staff is absolutely amazing. Friendly, ask if you need help or have questions about your meds and even share other services they offer. There are not many pharmacies left that make you feel comfortable like that. Instead it's a rush and go and they just care about the next buck they can make. This pharmacy is nothing like that, if you ask questions, they actually seem happy to help you with answers kinda like a mom and pop place.
Although there was a communication issue with their auto messaging, which caused me a fairly big inconvenience, the staff reached out to make it right and made a considerable effort to find a resolution for me. I acknowledge that I could have been ignored, but I’m grateful that I wasn’t and great customer service still exists in some businesses such as Moose Pharmacy
The customer service at Moose is the best! Each staff member I've spoken with has gone above-and-beyond to make sure I had all the answers I needed with each prescription. Service is always quick, accurate, and friendly. Bonus points for greeting me by name when I walk in! Highly recommend!
My best experience at Moose Pharmacy is with Mrs. Angie is always nice keeps a smile on the face and makes you feel right at home with the love and care she gives. Always happy to help when you are in need and remember your name. I would definitely remember Moose Pharmacy to everyone.
