Bad experience. Hidden screws on the unit not tightened up or checked. I use it. It falls apart. They bill you . Don't waste your time
Excellent service by Jamie from beginning to end. Would highly recommend.
Customer service is very good. The kneeling scooter I rented was very old in very rough shape and the wheels scratched my floors. I would definitely rent from them again due to their customer service.... but not on kneeling scooter unless they changed wheels and got new baskets.
