Customer service is very good. The kneeling scooter I rented was very old in very rough shape and the wheels scratched my floors. I would definitely rent from them again due to their customer service.... but not on kneeling scooter unless they changed wheels and got new baskets.

My 92 year old mom was in need of a power chair. After a phone call to Moose Mobility just looking for information we decided this was the place to come. Jamie went above and beyond helping mom and answering all of our many questions! Barry made adjustments to the chair on the spot and they both made sure this was the perfect chair for her needs and it fit her perfectly.
