One of the absolute worst management companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Our airbnb was disgusting and disappointing. When I called to mediate and let them know they were extremely RUDE and disrespectful. Our issues included dirty sheets in a ball in numerous areas in the house, a disgusting hot tub filled with an alarming amount of trash and hair, beer cans littered around the backyard from the last guests that they blamed us for and asked us to clean up on our first day even staying there. Unfortunately, I cannot speak highly of Moose Management. They basically stole $3000 from myself and my buddies. Do yourself a favor, figure out a vacation rental alternative.
