We had a fantastic time. This is a very large site with tons of features (pool, game room, conf room, theater, karaoke machine, lots of parking…). We had over 40 people here for our family reunion and could easily have had more. The owners had an extremely strong support team with immediate direct line phone communication, solving every question/pfoblem we faced, on the spot. No waiting or delays. Their support was amazing. Conference room needs the most work on acoustics. Loud and disturbing when people are speaking among themselves for large gatherings.
Loved it all! Perfect setting for large group. Location ideal; close enough to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Many activities to do. Close proximity to Dollywood.
I organize a large golf trip with 32 golfers every year, so it is incredibly difficult to find a place where we can house everyone comfortably that isn’t just a hotel. I was so excited to find Moose Hollow Lodge and this place did NOT disappoint! The accommodations are just as described, Eddie is very responsive & helpful, and the place is just beautiful! I am looking forward to booking this place again!
I stayed here the first week of May and it was so much rejuvenating & fun! The air was fresh and everything smelled like honeysuckles. I never ran out of things to do between karaoke, relaxing in the hot tub, and playing my favorite 80’s games (Mappy & pac-man) on the arcade setup!! I also learned how to play pool. Love this place!
