Love my new Tacoma! Brian was super welcoming and even stayed late to show me all the functions. The financial representative, I think, could have done a better job—his office smelled like smoke, and he didn’t (or wasn’t able to) offer me the additional protection plans since I didn’t want to put extra money down. He never really explained why I wasn’t eligible for the extra warranties. Maybe it’s just policy; I’m not sure. Either way, it felt like my business wasn’t really valued—just another vehicle out the door for him.
Just bought a new to me vehicle from Dusu. He was very friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I have piece of mind knowing the vehicle went through a very rigorous inspection. Love my new vehicle!
