For the 3rd or 4th time my wife was harassed by the front desk woman ( nurse?). For some reason this woman thinks it's okay to chastize mothers with infants and toddlers. Specifically in regards to breast feeding, immunizations, or other types of infant growth indicators. I've never once seen this woman harrass a male with their children but have now had numerous occasions and confirmed with others that this person engages in this type of behavior frequently. The nurse was rude, inconsiderate, and had a terrible bedside manner. She was judgy, muttered rude, snappy comments, and rolled her eyes. Terrible experience. I am writing this review on behalf of my wife, who is too polite to write a review like this, but told me all about it. She was there with our 2 month old for her immunizations.
They are all excellent on what they do. Starting from the reception up to their healthcare team members. Awesome people who really care can be found here!

The new location is terrible and extremely difficult to find. There are no signs on the main door making it super difficult to find. It's in an old retirement home complex in a residential area and all the buildings look identical. Was the old downtown location too convenient for your clients is that why you moved?
