A while back, I had this dealership replace the cabin air filter on my 2021 Nissan Rogue. They charged $70 for the filter and $30 for labour for a two-minute job (as shown on YouTube). I recently bought the same filter on Amazon for just $27 and installed it myself with no issues. This overpriced experience left a bad impression, and while I had planned to buy another Nissan in the future, I’ll now be shopping around for other brands when it’s time to replace my vehicle.
Ridiculous customer service I prefer to not go with Nissan company
