Nolan and the team at carpet one went above and beyond to help us replace our basement flooring with an insurance claim. Nolan was very up front, honest, and willing to help. His installation team was pleasant, and surprisingly quiet for all the banging required to install floors! They even finished the installation a day ahead of schedule!! We are beyond happy with the service and product we received.

We had this company do tiling and flooring in our main bathroom and ensuite. We have had such a poor job done by an inexperienced tiler that it is so disappointing and maddening. Another company was surprised that this tiler was doing it , they said he is inexperienced. The lasting problem we are stuck with are flooring in one that isn’t stuck down properly and the other has a black grease pen in middle of floor. Update: 1 year later and we continue to love our luxury vinyl. You can’t even tell that we have pets because it is so tough. It looks fabulous and cleans easily. Quality products, excellent service, great choices! We went to Moose Jaw Carpet One to research options for flooring our house. Larry walked us through the pros and cons of each choice.
