I arrived on time for my appointment. Completed the mandatory form. Waited about 5 minutes. Had the echocardiogram which took about 15 minutes. The staff were cordial and helpful. The technologist was professional, thorough, and friendly. I have another appointment in about three weeks to go over the results with the cardiologist . Generally speaking, this initial appointment and procedure was very positive. Thank you.

This was the worst appointment by far despite being empty when I arrived I was there the best part of 4 hours tests were quick and professional but the consult was awful and very unprofessional Dr was preoccupied with other phone calls and staff issues. The prescription he gave was unable to be filled due to errors and it took 4 days to resolve the issue and get the meds I needed. I ended up going to the hospital that referred me to get the issue resolved.

I was sent for a 24 hour blood pressure reading. The cuff was too loose when deflated and too tight while inflated, causing more physical pain than I have ever experienced and several veins protruded from my arm. To put this in perspective, I recently broke two bones in my hand and I'd rather do that again. I made the obvious choice and removed the cuff after five hours of torture every half hour, returned the equipment, and explained that I was afraid my veins were going to blow out.
