I had a really positive experience at Medi Clinics Primary Care. The staff was friendly, professional and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The provider took time to listen and explain everything clearly, which I really appreciated. Overall, a smooth and caring experience. I would definitely recommend them.

It's 11:30am on a Wednesday. I've called 8 times in the past 3 days for an appointment. No answer for 3 days.. just an endless loop of "press 1 for appointment" and the phone keeps ringing. I really wish I could keep seeing Dr Krishnamoorthy.. but I'll be looking for another PCP. It's ridiculous that nobody answers the phone over the course of 3 days. Doc, if you read this, get some staff in your office that can handle basic office tasks.
