the doctors and staff here are very kind, but the entire clinic is extremely understaffed and horrifically organized. - doctors are told that they can only give you 15 minute appointments -the head nurse is seemingly ALWAYS out on """lunch break""", even in the morning, so good luck ever reaching her for medical advice or records -the staff admit that the phone lines have been broken for months and "they are aware of it but arent able to do anything". so i guess we can expect to all call about 25-30 times before we get to ta... read more
Can’t reach a human being 80 percent of the time. Patients fall through the cracks too. Patients are at their mercy. I really hope they fix this issue as some people don’t have many options.
Its before 5pm, I'm trying to call to make an ultrasound appointment per my Dr orders and the phone will ring a couple times, then says "all lines are busy please try another time" and hangs up. No way to leave a voicemail? What the he'll? Its not 5pm yet, your phone lines should be OPEN?? Looking at other reviews I don't have high hopes for this place... If I have to physically drive up to the clinic to make an appointment, I'm not going to be happy.
The worst place to ever get help. Every single person there is terrible. Ericka, Joanna, and the only dr. They have there are absolutely terrible. If you need a refill, make sure you call 2WEEKS before you run out or you will be off your meds for a couple weeks. Also, if you need to schedule any appointments, or need anything urgent….good luck. Since there is no way of contacting Clinic Manager... Today's phone call trying to schedule non emergency visit (are these calls really reviewed for quality assurance?). "Next available appointment with your doctor: in October, with nurse practitioner: in two weeks (which is end of September), suggest you to go to urgent care." "If you don't like it, find another place" Really?!?? I love my doctor at their clinic, but it's impossible to see her and their receptionists are plain rude.
