I had a negative experience as well. Quite impersonal front desk staff, had no ideea what is required form other departments and just overall a negative experience. I left quite confused and frustrated after my first visit.

Student health center phone operator was very rude scheduling an appointment on the phone. I’m sure not everyone who works here behaves this way, but if i managed this location, I would let this employee go.
