Poor communication, taking advantage of the elderly plus no responsibility of quote when challenged. Charge for gutter cleaning when gutters were clean. Confirmed by staff on arrival and left after 15mins. We challenged the invoice of $165, always happy to pay for the visit but tried to consult the owner and the office to renegotiate the cost without success.
