I’d come over from Tasmania to be with my sister in Mooroolbark for a few days. I had accidentally left medication behind and the staff had gone to every extent to help make it easier on me and for the dr to help me with emergency medication until I get back home.Im so greatfull for everything they helped me through the receptionist even called a ta taxi for me as my phone had no power.It’s these little things that make life easier as they all went out for me and made things much easier for me can’t be grateful enough.
I've been coming to this practice for years now and always find the doctors, nurses and receptionists to be outstanding! Huge shoutout to Jane for her kindness and empathy!
Short wait for doctor. Ushered through to nurse for vaccination. When I mentioned I had only booked for flu vaccination, Doctor quickly checked our vaccination records, and we had both flu and COVID shots. Out in plenty of time to pick up granddaughters from school. No side effects and no sore arms.
