Usually a pleasant enough experience the couple of times I’ve been before but today was ridiculous. Booked online and went through the long winded pre registration for my daughter who has a chesty cough. I got to the clinic and because my daughter had a cough I was very quickly told by reception that I had to sit out in the cold foyer, at the front entrance.
