Absolutely pathetic. Didn’t even get to see the doctor. Waited 50mins in the waiting room with signs up everywhere about the importance of masks and “stopping the spread” but quite happy to have everyone waiting an hour. Reception staff were horrible, didn’t bother to mention that they were at least 3 patients behind when I checked in. Had my phone number, didn’t text the delay, have an app, didn’t bother to have the decency to send an update through it to let all their “valued clients” know what a significant delay was to b... read more

I would rather travel 20 minutes to my old doctor than 2 minutes to this one. The doctor we saw was extremely average with his communication and failed to introduce himself. He seemed nervous and unable to talk effectively with my 9 year old and I had to translate what he was asking her (once I interpreted he was trying to ask which was a task and we weren't there for something especially complex). Reception staff were good on the phone. I had to chase for results. Very unimpressed. Wont' be returning.
Fantastic family surgery, Dr Egan is absolutely wonderful and such a supportive doctor. Would definitely recommend seeing her if you can! BUT Dr Mok is one of the worst Drs I have ever dealt with, has absolutely no people skills and treats you like you have the plague.
