Today, the team at Moorooka Suzuki truly made the impossible possible. Charli was incredible from start to finish, her professionalism and friendly, down-to-earth approach turned what could have been a stressful situation into a genuinely positive experience. I never once felt pressured into making any decisions and felt supported and well looked after the entire time. By far the best dealership experience I’ve had to date!
Bought brand new Suzuki Swift Sport in Feb 2024. Immediately had issues with Apple CarPlay. Have replaced 2 iPhones, bought 4 new cables from Apple (both Apple & other brand Apple sell) but still having issues. Returned car about 10 times now and submitted many videos proving issues. They even kept my car for 3 days but could not replicate the issue. Say it’s my lead but it’s NOT! All new leads & iPhones bought from Apple! If I could give NO stars I would !!!! This would have to be the worst service I have ever reieved with a car. Grand Vitara Suzuki. Firstly we booked a service in early January 2025 over there web site and were advised that someone would make contact with us re the booking, trying to ring is impossible. No call back the day before the booking so made contact eventually and no one could explain the situation or our booking so we made another booking date 28/1/25 for a service. They love selling cars , but I've just waited , and wasted 1 full day waiting for a call back from service dept. I've found there are other dealers . Oops sorry.
