I'm guessing they don't wash towels, I was made to pay $15 each for simple white towels because there was a bit of makeup on them. Makeup, even hair dye will come out in the wash and I've left some hair dye on pillows at hotels before. And never in my life have I been charged to replace towels. Ridiculous
