Worthest service i ever experienced!leave it as soon as u can,move to any other,or u ll be mistreated,terribly dissapointed and no help u ll receive! I can't put on here all how bad they are,i will not put my explanations,as its far too long to write down,been there for past 16 yrs,and used only a few times,hapily leaving now you forever!!!!
The big problem is making appointments ,also having to wait a week to ten days before my prescription is ready for collection .
Shocking to say the least. My husband tried to make me appointment about my chronic pain and she was so rude to him and wouldn’t make one , this isn’t a good start to a new gp surgery at all
Husband attended for blood test today as per apt card 13. 20. Informed by receptionist no apt for him today or previously arranged apt for 24.03.25. Non on system. Also informed don't do apts for 13.20 as all staff on lunch. Rearrarranged for 15.20 today, took apt card with me on return. Now told they did have apt today at 13.20. No explanation. Rearranged apt for 24.03.25. Don't seem to have a clue what's going on at surgery
