Worst experience we had. The staff especially the receptionist ,she was too rude and not helpful at all. The lady at the reception was not welcoming at all. I visited with my parents and I regret booking this hotel. Her behavior ruined our mood and visit to the Gold Coast. Hotel and rooms are way too old and not well-managed. They don't provide you toiletries, salt and pepper, no tissue paper AT ALL!!! The old rude lady at the receptionist argued with my dad and I felt so bad.
