the situation here seems to be guarded and judged by people that are not open minded at all. have concerns about the enviroment.
It's Condos.
The only pro of loving here is that it is in a beautiful location. DO NOT live here unless you’re willing to put up with: old and run down apartments, a failing sea wall, the inability to use your porch, poorly designed floor plans (washer and dryer right in front of the fridge), a nightmare HOA that will tow your car with or without a pass, and a pool that isn’t really heated.
