Not only do they do everything in their power to make sure that everyone in town is constantly on the edge of homelessness, but they have intentionally tried to steal excess money from several citizens. Our bill, right after their new remodel (conveniently), suddenly shot up by almost $100. Somebody over at City Hall is stealing our money, and when I find out who, oh boy.
Worst utility provider I've ever had.
These people are awful. Had account on autopay and my card was turned off so after like 1 month they shut off power without a phone call or text message. Yep, they sent a letter via snail mail which I rarely open. When it was paid in full after hours I got a snarky reply from the emergency line telling me they need to physically come turn it back on so I have to take off work when it’s convenient for them. I asked a simple question and all I get for an answer was a yell back from the lady. She was actually the rudest lady I’ve ever talked with. So don’t call just go online and deal with your problem on there unless you want to be yelled at. :)
