Driving to pay and maybe being robbed online again isn't good
Talk about a bunch of angry, rude people working at this place. Walk in to pay a bill and God forbid they could Crack a smile . Ask a question and they just just jump at your throat. Only nice person that actually has a wonderful friendly demeanor is Rose. And believe me I've been in several times and its always the same. Time to get new people who actually like the job they are doing and show some plain old fashioned courtesy...
Totally incompetent personnel.
I went online today to make my utility payment. I was past due trying to make a payment of $350. The system would not allow me to make a payment over $300 so I called to make the payment over the phone. They were not able to process it. My options were to get cash and come in to the office or pay two service fees of 2.95 each because their system will not allow a payment larger than $300. I think this is total crap.
