Moorhead Public Service is predatory, but honestly, I’m not surprised because that seems to be the vibe of the great city of Moorhead. I lived in Moorhead for a little over 2 years, and I had multiple issues with them. Keep in mind, I have never had issues with any other utility company, and I have had utilities in my name since I was 18. I am almost 30. 1- When I lived there, if you paid online and weren’t on autopay, you had to pay a $2.75 fee, and you were capped at $300 per payment.
