My husband went to see a physiotherapist at moorgreen on Monday, he said the physiotherapist on duty that day was absolutely fantastic, the service was excellent, highly recommended to family and friends.
When asked about my appointment the receptionist cannot answer simple enquirys. They refuse to get someone to call me back - after a letter of complaint I am told that the psychiatrist does not have time for me. When I have tried to return calls the telephone system used to call out will offers an option for help, but the menu restarts. This service does not respect mental illness sufferers and will not answer questions or help them.
