The receptionist at clinic 12 is just so rude, even asking where's the bathroom, this is not expected behaviour in such place! I'd hope the manager can see this.
I need to do routine checks there twice a year in Moorfields Eye Hospital clinic 12. While staff feels great and professional but waiting times are ridiculous, for last couple years it has been always around 3 to 5 hours wait for 5minute appointment, and it hasn't changed. It should not be like that! It basically ruins your all day.
I cannot find words to express how amazing this hospital is. From 1st consultation to the 2 operations, the whole team performed with skill, compassion, efficiency and care. the consultant/surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre team, nurses, porters and admin staff were utterly flawless in the way that they performed
