Seen within three hours of visiting a&e and prescribed medication. All staff polite and working hard. Thank you for everything you do NHS, we appreciate you.

Most slow and useless eye hospital, waited here for 4 hours to be seen. Staff is wandering around like headless chickens. If you ask them anything, they don't have no clue.
Very good care and experienced nurses & doctors. A bit of a wait, obviously, but good care when it arrived.
Received sight saving surgery for detached retina after a flight from the U.S the whole team from start to end were amazing, thanks to Alexandra Opticians who sent me here by taxi and saved my eye, lots of love for the nhs
