This review is directed toward a staff member and not anyone else in the kffiy, including the providers. The receptionists take awhile to pull up your name. This lady named Sue pulled up my uncle's name and made a comment "There are 9000s of you in the system", and then she asked for the birthdate, and said "Well, that doesn't help. What's the first name?".
